【摘要】 目的 研究九牛造根中的苯丙素类化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱层析和葡聚糖凝胶柱层析分离纯化技术,通过理化性质和波谱特征分离并鉴定化合物。结果 分离并鉴定了3个苯丙素类化合物:3-甲氧基-4-羟基反式苯丙烯酸正十六醇酯(Ⅰ),短叶苏木酚酸乙酯(Ⅱ),3′(S)-当归酰氧基-4′(S)-千里光酰氧基凯林内酯(Ⅲ)。结论 以上化合物均为首次从该植物中得到,其中化合物Ⅲ为首次从大戟科中分离得到。

Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and the structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical properties and spectral data. Results Three phenylpropanoid constituents were isolated from the acetone extracts of the roots of Euphorbia hylonoma Hand-Mazz, which were hexadecyl-3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzeneacrylate Ⅰ, ethyl brevifolincarboxylate Ⅱ and (+) 3′-angeloyl-4′-isovalerylcis-khellactone peuformosin Ⅲ. Conclusion The above compounds were isolated from Euphorbia hylonoma Hand-Mazz for the first time, and the compound Ⅲ was the first obtained from the Euphorbiaceae.

核心期刊发表论文 Ny.z(_)E}5l&B0中国论文网6Pl.^!DO 九牛造原植物为大戟科植物湖北大戟(Euphorbia hylonorma Hand-Mazz),又名翻天印,震天雷,作为民间草药,首载于《陕西中草药》。九牛造为多年生草本,主要以根入药,具有消积破癖、止痛、通便利水等功效,用于治疗肝硬化腹水、消化不良、跌打损伤、疾血作痛、二便不通、积聚腹胀、无名肿毒等。实验证明九牛造根具有一定的生物致死活性,其氯仿提取物对7721肝癌细胞具明显的抑制作用[1]。九牛造在我国主要分布于陕西、湖南、湖北、四川、贵州等省。陕西主产于秦岭南坡、汉中及安康地区各县,秦岭北坡及太白山也有分布,资源丰富[2]。前期化学成分研究表明,九牛造根中含有萜类、甾体和鞣质等类成分[3-6]。本研究报道从九牛造根丙酮提取物中分离得到的3个苯丙素类化合物,分别鉴定为3-甲氧基-4-羟基反式苯丙烯酸正十六醇酯(hexadecyl-3-methoxy-4- hydroxybenzeneacrylate Ⅰ)、短叶苏木酚酸乙酯(ethyl brevifolincarboxylate Ⅱ)、3′(S)-当归酰氧基-4′(S)-千里光酰氧基凯林内酯((+)3′-angeloyl-4′-isovalerylcis- khellactone,peuformosin Ⅲ)。
