【摘要】 目的 研究冬虫夏草钙制剂对小鼠抗衰老和免疫调节作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法 以D?半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠为模型,测定冬虫夏草钙制剂对衰老小鼠全血丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH?Px)及白细胞介素?1、6、8(IL?1、6、8)含量。结果 ①虫草组MDA含量显著低于衰老模型组和空白对照组(P<0.05),SOD及GSH?Px活性显著高于衰老模型组和空白对照组(P<0.05);②虫草组与衰老模型组比较,小鼠血清IL?1,IL?6水平无显著性变化,但IL?8水平升高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 冬虫夏草钙制剂具备抗衰老活性和免疫活性。

|Wit|%F0 【Abstract】 Objective To study anti?aging and immunoregulation effects and mechanism of calcium agent from cultured Cordyceps sinensis (CCS) on aged mice. Methods The aged mice were induced by D?galactose, they were given dose of 0.1 g/ml CCS by 0.5 ml everyday for 4 w. Then the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) of blood cell and glutathione peroxidase (GSH?Px) and interleukin (IL)?1, 6, 8 in serum were measured. Results In the mice treated with CCS, the content of MDA was lower than those in model and blank group (P<0.05), the activity of SOD and GSH?Px were ignificantly increased compared with other groups (P<0.05). There were no significant difference of serum IL?1 and IL?6 among three experimental groups, but the CCS group could remarkably improve the activity of IL?8 (P<0.05). Conclusions CCS shows anti?aging and immunoregulation effects on the aged mice.

Link〕真菌,在抗衰老和增强免疫功能的研究中占有日益重要的地位。冬虫夏草都能增加小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞的吞噬指数,使小鼠外周血及脾脏淋巴细胞增殖;还可使小鼠胸腺缩小,提高泼尼松所致免疫抑制状态小鼠的血清溶血素及脾细胞免疫溶血活性;具有明显抗疲劳、耐高温作用,可抑制肝脂质过氧化物的生成,并使红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力增高;还能提高衰老小鼠的学习记忆成绩,提高衰老小鼠肝、脑、红细胞SOD及全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH?Px),提高脑中钠钾三磷酸腺苷酶(Na+?K+?ATP酶)活性,降低肝、脑丙二醛(MDA)含量〔1~5〕。冬虫夏草钙制剂是在人工培养的冬虫夏草菌丝体中添加CaCl2,通过真菌的生命活动将无机钙离子吸收进细胞内转化为大分子的生物螯合态活性钙。本课题组以D?半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠为模型,测定了冬虫夏草钙制剂对衰老小鼠全血MDA、SOD、血清GSH?Px及白细胞介素?1、6、8(IL?1、6、8)的影响,从而验证冬虫夏草钙制剂具备免疫活性和抗衰老活性。
